RaberrCo, "ourselves", "we" and "us" refers to our company. All terms refer to the offer, acceptance and consideration of payment necessary to undertake the process of our assistance to the client in the most appropriate manner for the express purpose of meeting the client's needs in respect of provisions of the company's stated products, in accordance with and subject to prevailing US Law.


All personal information collected from you by RaberrCo is subject to our Privacy Policy.
By providing us with your personal information, you consent to it's use as set forth in our Privacy Policy.


Any information concerning the client and their respective client records may be passed on to third parties, but only as specified in our Privacy Policy. Clients have the right to request copies of any or all client records we keep, on the proviso that we are given reasonable notice of such request. Clients are requested to retain copies of any literature issued in relation to the provisions of our services. Where appropriate, we shall issue clients with appropriate written information, handouts or copies of records as part of an agreed contract, for the benefit of both parties.

We will not sell, share, or rent your personal information to any third party or use your e-mail address for unsolicited mail. Any emails sent by RaberrCo will only be in connection with the provisions of agreed services and products.


The information provided by RaberrCo is available "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, RaberrCo:

     Excludes all representations and warranties relating to this website and its contents or which is or may be provided by any affiliates or any other third party, including in relation to any inaccuracies or omissions in this website and/or RaberrCo's company literature; and
     Excludes all liability for damages arising out of or in connection with your use of RaberrCo's website. This includes, without limitation, direct loss, loss of business or profits (whether or not the loss of such profits was foreseeable, arose in the normal course of things or you have advised RaberrCo of the possibility of such potencial loss), damage caused by your computer, computer software, systems and programs and the data thereon or any other direct or indirect, consequencial and incidental damages.


Payments made with Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and bank account, are carried out by PayPal's secure site. Our terms are payment in full at the time of ordering. In the event of refunds, such refunds shall be credited to the original funding source. Please allow at least one billing cycle for the credit to appear in your account.


Orders cancelled within 48 hours will be refunded in full and credited to the original funding source. Cancellations after 48 hours are subject to a 10% restocking fee, and deduction of shipping fees if the product was shipped out. Make sure what you are ordering is what you want before hitting the "submit" button. Any order returned due to RaberrCo's fault will receive a full refund. We reserve the right to cancell any order that does not comply with our Terms of Use, in which case a full refund of any payments received  will be issued. See "Shipping Information" for details  on returning merchandise for credit or replacement.
 

Unless otherwise stated, the products affered by RaberrCo, at this time, are only available within the US, its territories, and Canada. All advertising is intended solely for the US-Canadian market. You are solely responsible for evaluating the fitness for a particular purpose of any product available through this site. Redistribution or republication of any part of the RaberrCo site or its contents is prohibited, without the express written consent of RaberrCo. RaberrCo does not warrant that the service from this site will be uninterrupted, timely or error free, although it is provided to the best ability.
