5 - Snowflakes - Of all the beading ideas mentioned here, the snowflake pattern is the hardest one to get right. This is certainly not a pattern that small children could help with, as these can get fairly complicated. They make among the most beautiful and striking decorations on the tree, but, and if you've got the skill level and patience for it, you will be well rewarded for your efforts! Executing one pattern well is (or can be) a somewhat daunting job, but if you're feeling especially adventurous, you can try making every snowflake on your tree unique! It's a tall order, but can surely be done, just be prepared to dedicate quite a lot of time to the task!
