Check to ensure that arm and neck holes are cut well and lay flat so that there is no chafing. Both sexes must ensure that the tops they are wearing are comfortable enough to not interfere with the swing, but not so tight that they inhibit inhalation. In cooler weather conditions, begin with a long sleeved top and layer a sweatshirt or light jacket over top of it, keeping in mind the same rules.
For the bottom half, wear according to your comfort level, and the climate. For warmer weather practice sessions, shorts are okay, yet again keeping in mind the fabric and fit. Make sure that shorts for either gender are cut long enough to keep the thighs from chafing, with soft, breathable materials. And lastly, for shoe wear: make certain that you wear shoes that will guard your feet, offer excellent grip for your safety and also let your feet to have liberty of movement and breath capability.
